We understand how frustrating it can be when your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it. Most packages arrive as expected when the tracking indicates delivery, but occasionally, packages can be mistakenly marked as delivered or experience other hiccups with the carrier. Don't worry—packages almost always show up shortly after.
If your tracking information says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
1. Verify Your Shipping Address
Check the shipping address from My Account > Orders page to ensure it’s correct. If you placed your order as a guest, you can verify the shipping address from your order receipt.
2. Look for a Delivery Attempt Notice
Carriers sometimes leave a notice of attempted delivery if no one was available to receive the package. Look for any such notice near your door or mailbox.
3. Check the Delivery Location
Look around the delivery area where your package would typically arrive. Sometimes packages are placed in unexpected spots for security or convenience.
4. Ask Others About the Delivery
See if someone else in your household, a neighbor, or an apartment manager accepted the package on your behalf.
5. Check Your Mailbox
If you receive mail in a cluster box, a building mailroom, or another centralized location, be sure to check those areas as well. Packages often travel through multiple carriers and may end up in a different spot.
6. Allow More Time For The Package To Show Up
In some cases, the package might still be on its way or delayed. Please allow 3 additional business days (Monday through Friday) from the delivery date shown on the tracking.
Still Can’t Find Your Package?
If your package hasn't shown up within 3 additional business days from the delivery date listed on the tracking information, please reach out to us. We'll investigate the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
